Shipping & returns
DELIVERY
We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. The shipping alternatives are listed in the checkout after submitting your address details.

Sweden: 1-3 work days
Europe: 3-6 work days
USA and ROW: 5-10 work days​ ​

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY
​ Sweden: Shipments within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by Postnord. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.

Europe: We apply a flat rate of 200 SEK for all shipments to all countries within Europe. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense. 

USA and Canada: We apply a flat rate of 350 SEK for all shipments to USA and Canada. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense. 

ROW: We apply a flat rate of 500 SEK for all shiment to ROW. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION​

You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.posten.se/
Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

UPS:
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.ups.com/
UPS will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not there to receive the package UPS will leave a message and the package will be held at a local UPS access point.

Orders are shipped out from HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.

All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price of the product is the same as given on the product page. Tax free is not possible.

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns made within 14 days from when you’ve received it.

Sweden: pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Leave it at a Postnord access Point. Return costs will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN. 

Europe: Please contact us at info@hildebrandbags.com and inform us of what you want to return. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Return shipment costs outside of Sweden will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN. 

Outside of EU: Please contact us at info@hildebrandbags.com and inform us of what you want to return. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Give the commercial invoice to UPS. Return shipment costs outside of Sweden will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN. ​

Engraved products cannot be returned!​

REFUNDS
In case of a return we will refund your payment via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. Return shipment costs will be paid by the customer, unless it is an exchange of product to another product. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return.​

EXCHANGES​
Return the bag, using the enclosed return waybill, and then place a new order for the product you wish instead. If return waybill is missing please request a new one via email to info@hildebrandbags.com. Return shipment costs within Sweden upon exchange of product to another product will be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN. We will refund you for the first purchase as soon as we receive it.
