Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. The shipping alternatives are listed in the checkout after submitting your address details.

Be aware that we have limited shipments during June 22nd to July 31st. Shipments may take longer than usual. We will send an email shortly after order confirmation about the shipment date.

DELIVERY TIME BY COUNTRY

Sweden: 1-3 work days
Europe: 3-6 work days
USA and ROW: 5-10 work days

 

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY

Sweden: Shipments within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by Postnord.

Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense. Shipments are fulfilled by PostNord.

Europe: Shipments to Europe is free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Be aware that if your address is outside of EU, import charges may apply. Check your country for applicable rates.

USA and Canada: Shipments to US and Canada is free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Import charges will apply, check your country for applicable rates.

ROW: Shipments to ROW is free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Import charges will apply, check your country for applicable rates.

SHIPMENT INFORMATION

Postnord (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.posten.se/
Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.

UPS/FEDEX:
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.ups.com/

UPS/Fedex will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not there to receive the package UPS/Fedex will leave a message and the package will be held at a local UPS/Fedex access point.

Orders are shipped out from HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.

All prices on the Swedish Market shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT.

If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price of the product is the same as given on the product page. Tax is not included. Be aware that import charges will apply outside of EU. Check your country for applicable rates.
