DELIVERYWe will always try to ship your order within 1 business day from that you have made your order. Usually if you make your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. The shipping alternatives are listed in the checkout after submitting your address details.

SHIPMENT FEE BY COUNTRY
Sweden: Shipments within Sweden are free of charge and are fulfilled by Postnord. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
Europe: Shipments to Europe are free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
USA and Canada: Shipments to USA and Canada are free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
ROW: Shipments to ROW are free of charge and are fulfilled by UPS or Fedex. Any return expenses will be at the customer's expense.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION
Postnord (Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.posten.se/
Postnord will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS when the delivery has arrived. Therefore it is important that you give your mobile phone number when you register your details.
UPS:
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You can check the status here: http://www.ups.com/
UPS will deliver your parcel to the delivery address given in your order. If you are not there to receive the package UPS will leave a message and the package will be held at a local UPS access point.
Orders are shipped out from HILDEBRAND SWEDEN AB warehouse located in Stockholm, Sweden.
All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within the European Union (EU), you will pay the price incl 25% VAT. If your delivery address is outside the EU, the price of the product is the same as given on the product page. VAT is not included.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns made within 14 days from when you’ve received it. Used products or damaged products, caused by the customer, cannot be returned. Refunds for used or damaged products caused by the customer are not accepted.
Sweden: Pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Leave it at a Postnord access Point. Return costs will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN.
Europe: Pack the bag in the same or similar packaging as it came in. Please contact us at info@hildebrandbags.com and inform us of what you want to return. A return AWB will be sent to you via email. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Return shipment costs outside of Sweden will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN.

A return AWB will be sent to you via email. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Give the commercial invoice to UPS. Return shipment costs outside of Sweden will not be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN.
Used products or damaged products, caused by the customer, cannot be returned. Refunds for used or damaged products caused by the customer are not accepted!
Engraved products cannot be returned!
Products that are in Archive Sale cannot be returned!
REFUNDS
In case of a return we will refund your payment via the same means used to make the initial purchase. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. Return shipment costs will be paid by the customer, unless it is an exchange of product to another product. We refund the money as soon as we receive the return.
EXCHANGES
Return the bag using the same or similar packaging it arrived in. Please contact us at info@hildebrandbags.com and inform us of what you want to return. A return AWB will be sent to you via email. Call UPS to schedule a pick up or leave it at a drop off location to send it back. Then place a new order for the product you wish instead. Return shipment costs within Sweden upon exchange of product to another product will be covered by HILDEBRAND SWEDEN. We will refund you for the first purchase as soon as we receive it.
